Was a drop in and they took me in with open arms. Great place with great people for a good workout. I was there for the Open and they had someone judge for me. They helped me get ready to warm up. And encouraged me. stars

Ive dropped in many crossfit gyms around the country and in Canada and few have been as great as CF . From the owner to the coaches and members, they made me feel at home and were very accommodating during my week in Southwest FL. Highly recommend and will be back when in the area
