Serafitness is an amazing gym, the environment is allinclusive. The only thing you need before you walk in isnt experience, it isnt knowledge of weight lifting. Its good energy, a positive attitude, and the drive to change. Carina is experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and the energy is contagious.
