Very clean and organized, the staff very friendly and polite.

So far Im happy with my experience there. I hope that in the future they expand their hours. A gym would be a dream.

The ratio of cardio machines to weightlifting equipment is WAY off, at peak times you have to wait for any weightlifting equipment to open up while half of the cardio machines are not in use. They should have reduced the floor space More

Staff in the Westchester area almost never clean the machines or the bathroom. Ive found empty toilet paper stalls so good luck if nature calls. The is trainers so you will literally be paying for an amenity that doesnt exist. The water fountain is almost always dirty

The young guy at the front desk was very helping and calm. I dont remember his name just his helpfulness I had a rough morning and he was very patient so it helped a lot. The gym is clean.

Victor and Damian are outstanding. I witnessed them helping one of the customers retrieve their AirPods from under the treadmill. They are always courteous, very attentive, and go above and beyond with their white glove customer service. More

I was met with very friendly and eccentric staff which acted very professionally and were very helpful. Damian recommended me some very good alternatives for drinkable and edible protein and Jacky was amazingly helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend PF to my friends for the wonderful ambience and sense of community
