You can go there at whatever level of fitness or lack of. Basic and premium packages. Even basic is good. Basic includes locker and showers, they have arobic and free weights, and treadmillbikes, with a healthy selection of all. More

Good environment, nice people. Cancelled about weeks ago no fuss no muss very simple transaction. Meat and potatoes sort of bodybuilder gym. Wish they had room for strongman implements. Enough plates to go around.
