Ive been going at least once a week for almost a year. Ive had sessions with all the couches, and all of them are really amazing. The equipment is very well maintained actually, it was renovated very recently. So far Ive had only positive experiences there.

Great place to go get a workout in. Great customer service, fun and challenging workouts. Bonus They keep you guessing every time.

Coach Karina was so helpful and definitely made me feel very welcomed The girls at the front were very sweet and answered all my questions. Overall an amazing team.

I would definitely recommend OrangeTheory Fitness to anyone looking to get back into shape but unsure off which exercises to do and specially if you have any injuries as the coaches will not only advise on what alternative exercises to do they will keep checking to make sure you are not injuring yourself more.

One of the trainers yells so loud into the microphone into the microphone it makes your ears hurt, when politely asked to lower volume she refused. the management refuses to refund money. The front desk employee is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service.

I like how its a whole body workout and I burn a ton of calories in that hr class. Coaches are solid and front desk girls in this Aventura location are super knowledgeable helpful. More
