One of the worst customer service at Homestead Floridas location. Canceled my services in Nov, but was charged. Called the club to inquire and was told a refund will be posted. However didnt revive any refund. Again I see a charge in Dec, More

No one rerack their weights or sanitize the stations. Switched to UFC gym instead because they actually open hour. hour fitness is always packed, good luck trying to use the equipments you want.

Update Wasnt going to make another post but dang twice in the same week not opening up at am So on gym didnt open until so not really a big deal, but again today they opened up at am and it would More

I enjoy coming here, I come about days a week to swim, then sit in the steam room and then the sauna before taking a cold shower and going home. Most staff are friendly, the rest are too occupied on their phones to know any clients are actually standing in front of them, but all in all, a nice place for me to swim anytime I want.

So upset that some mornings we get here to work out but the staff is not even here to open the gym. They have become strict about nonsense but dont open on time, have no paper towels to clean equipment and sometimes are rude. I think More

Me and my husband usually workout at am everyday. And these is the rd time that nobody shows up to open the gym on time. But today its am and its still close. Its crazy that a company like this is not commitment with their costumers

It is a really nice gym. Lots of equipment and space. Pretty clean. The basketball court is the only part that is not up to par. Not hardwood floor, some kind of hard wrestling mat material. Ball bounces fine, just felt weird running on it.

New to the area and was looking for a new gym. Met with Alyssa and she took me on a tour. She was really knowledgeable about the club and what was being offered at the time with each membership. She was honest and upfront and wanted to know what I wanted to get out of a gym. Will definitely be joining.
