Amazing gym. Prior Y member.... This is everything the Y wasnt. Low volume. Clean. Courteous staff. Free laundry service and locker. Much appreciated.

Came to Jax for the weekend and Verb rocked. Really unique gym with all the extra pieces. Clean towels. Locks for the locker . Cute decorations. Friendly staff. Really a wonderful workout experience.

This gym wont last long under the current owner. Ive had an unfortunate bad experience with him and he certainly does not value his members. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. The trainers at that gym are wonderful people and do a great job running that place.

Nice, clean environment with a solid assortment of equipment. If youre like me and you dont like your gym overcrowded or waiting on equipment to open up this is a great choice because the traffic is never too hectic to get in a good work out. Would recommend.

This gym is just what my doctor ordered lol I appreciate the size. Its smaller but has a big gym feel with all its amenities towels, laundry service, massage, personal trainers, and classes to fit your schedule. My trainer Shannon is top notch He thrives on my pain lol Im grateful for the clean atmosphere and great location
