I did a drop in and it was great Adam and his wife were so welcoming and I jumped right into the class like I have been there for years. Beautiful gym with state of the art equipment. Ill definitely be back when I am in town again

Ive been doing CrossFit for a decade now, and Im proud to call CrossFit Sea Dog my new home. Great community, nice welcoming members and owners, nicely designed facility, and very clean.
