I was visiting Miami and swung through here to get some of my powerlifting training done. The faxility is immaculate while still offering an old school feel. The equipment is very well maintained and the staff is knowledgeable. I highly recommend Flex Appeal Miami to anyone looking to get a solid lift session done in Miami
