The place is a dump shet hole Old machines that barely function, no ac, no locker room. Not worth the bucks.

Old school weights gym. Things are rusty and dirty but they have all you need. There do daily, weekly and monthly rate for visitors

Best gym in Key West by far Ive worked out here almost every day since and never had a bad experience. Ill never forget the first day I walked in here straight out of a Rocky movie. More

I had a membership here while I was living on key west. I loved it Its not high tech. Its not for creature comfort hounds. Its like some old school Rocky Balboa gym lol. If what you want is a no nonsense place to do some serious lifting this is it.

Only one real problem with place, and thats that i can only go here when Im in Keys Place has an awesome environment. Love this gym, matter of fact its probably my favorite gym Ive ever been too. right up my ally

Seriously fabulous oldschool gym. If you like to work out in a pristine gym with equipment thats never been used by people who dont even sweat this is NOT the place for you, lol. More

Loved it here. Its a throwback to old school gyms I remember as a kid. Its well stocked with bars, racks, a rig, a couple dozen machines and cardio equipment. Staff was helpful and friendly. Music was loud in a good way and played a mix of rock music.

First gym Ive walked into where no one is on their phone. Very welcoming, nice breeze, and great music. I now go to the gym more days per week on vacation than I do at home.

What a great old school gym Frank the owner is a super friendly guy who took time out of his day to talk to is and make us feel welcome. I would go back to Key West just to workout there again
