I have been a member for a little over a year. I came from a large gym and I love this one. Is a smaller setup but the treatment and personalized care exceeded my expectations. They have A great team, especially Linda who is always happy to help. She welcomes you with a smile. And very knowledgeable of everything Fitness.

The gym is well cleaned and maintained, and the staff there is polite. well when it comes to the time most of the gym members are hogging the equipment more than usual. Current status seeing other times to go to

I have been going to this gym for month and asked for a personal trainer. Best personal trainer i have had in a gym coach Erick is the best at what he does. If you have a goal to achieve the best way to do it is with coach Erick.
