Always a great place to use the treadmill..clean..good TV stations..they have spray bottles of disinfectant..this many sound crazy but its a comfortable quiet place to be at to get your healthy steps in for weight loss

Daytime access is good but having all time access at night is great. Facilities are nice and clean. Good assortment of equipment but the machines are slightly lacking. There are other cheaper places but they arent actually open .
