Im working out there three to four times a week now. Very friendly staff and customers. Ive found its best to go during off peak hours as sometimes its a chore get on the cardio machines. Ample parking and the location is convenient to a lot of local businesses. Im very pleased with my experience there.

Always clean, equipment location is well thought out for the size of the facility. Staff is kind and welcoming. For my many years of coaching and fitness training, Im comfortable saying this gym has all the necessities to condition the body to almost any level of fit.
