Best gym in Miami New equipment, everythings clean, and the staff is so helpful in ensuring your experience is positive so that you keep coming back. Coach Emmanuel listened to all my concerns, showed me how to use the machines, and always takes the energy up a notch in his classes.

Great gym with great equipment. Emmanuel was my designated coach for my first evaluation. He was knowledgeable and did a very helpful training. He explained all the equipment and all I needed to do and use to lose the few extras pounds. The space is super clean and well maintained. I recommend strongly this gym.
