I have been a member of ILF for four years. The equipment is nice, the gym is always clean and the staff and trainers are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about fitness. Plus it is open hours days a week so no matter my schedule I can squeeze in a workout anytime.

Awesome, clean and safe environment for women who want to work out You wont find a cleaner gym Security cameras add to the safety for ladies who want or need to workout after dark or early risers that come before daylight. It may be a smaller gym, but has everything you need

Absolutely love this gym. The main reason being it is for females only. That makes me feel safe and comfortable while I workout. The owner is great and so is my trainer, Jasmin.
