Decent gym in every way except for some reason they have hex plates instead of rounded plates. Very hard to do pulls with these, so I ended up at a different gym.

Great classes and best gym in Sunny isles. Amazing people very fit and motivated. Im happy with my gym. Plus they have kids room so I can drop off my girl with an awesome babysitter for free, add tips because they play so good with them. Fresh towels and good trainers. Lots of weights and good workout machines.

Been going to this gym for years. A complete gym with everything you need. Staff and ownership treat you good and are understanding. Clean gym, good equipment. I am moving and I will miss this place.
