Best gym for your money The staff is knowledgeable and the equipment there is top notch A must for the hardcore MMA or boxing fighter. Its also a great learning gym that has the resources to just about teach any level fighter. This place is a diamond in the rough

I love this gym. They have boxing, kick boxing, and Brazilian jujitsu. The people there are very friendly and the couches there are very helpful. And I personally like that the gym is well organized and very clean. They even have weights machines I just love it. I definitely recommend this gym .

Love this little place. I go of a morning when its not so busy. It feels like chosen family here. Justin, is great and challenges you on every workout. Justins classes are like the epitome of LOVEHATE. Love it here at rounds. Its so great to be back. I missed you guys.
