I am visiting from California for a week boards prep course. I thought that I loved my gym at home, but it turns out that it is NOTHING compared to this one. Thinking about going to the gym after a long day of studying is what gets me through it. I cant recommend this place enough.

Went with a friend from work for the first time, had a great workout, the equipment was in good condition and the atmosphere was much different than commercial gyms Im going to try a month long membership in March

The setup of the gym is GREAT The equipment is dope but the ONLY issue is not always clean. Free weighs and dumbbells are everywhere but other than that great gym

Nice gym, the place is huge. Unfortunately, Ive never seen them do maintenance on the equipment there. Several machines with torn pads. I frequented the place for almost a year. Its not bad, but it can improve.

Visited this gym and payed for the day pass which was . hour access to the gym is nice. Overall the gym does have a lot of different equipment, but I dont care for the flow of the place. Its extremely dark inside, a lot of light More

Love this place was able to go each morning and train for a couple hours before the family woke up to visit the theme parks. So the hour access is a huge perk. super clean and has of the equipment you could ever want. All fully functional nothing broken. Will visit every time I return to Orlando

Best freeforall gym in Orlando. You can work out shirtless, bring chalk, drink cognac mid set, hit the stairmaster in a towel, you name it. Owners are super chill and front desk staff is always super helpful.

I think this is one of the best gyms Ive been to They have a ridiculous amount of machines, its incredible. Also plenty of racks and platformsThe week pass is also super affordable
