The owners Gary and Tommye treat all like family. When I first starting coming in I had trouble figuring out a well rounded routine for myself, so they took the time to write one up for me. New equipment continues rolling in and all is state of the art. I recommend to any powerlifters, bodybuilders, or newcomers. Awesome gym.

If youre looking for the best, no frills gym this is the place for you. There are a limited selection of cables, and the machines are all plateloaded. There is a ton of specially equipment that you likely wont find anywhere else in Volusia county. The owners are very friendly and care for their members just as much as their gym.
