Biofit Performance is a family owned business. We are a brand new strength and conditioning facility who specializes in small group semiprivate personal training or one on one personal training. The facility encompasses all aspects of proper health and wellness with everything you need under one roof. At BioFit Performance we provide all of the key pillars that are essential to having lasting results. Our fitness programs are completely customizable to each client and a thorough assessment is done prior to attending your first session. We take recovery from workouts to a whole new level as each member has access to our contrast bath therapy tubs, infrared saunas, and compression boots. Come stop by and take a private tour today.
