Workouts are designed to simulate the routines of a professional boxer.Ayanna Beaupierre, pediatric nurse, and educator focuses on the mental health aspect of our youth program. We use the Be Strong Global and Brook Gibbs approach to educate our youths on bullying, depression, anger management, and building resilience
