The family center is conveniently located just around the corner from the Oviedo Mall. The Oviedo YMCA provides a variety of programs and services for members such as group exercise classes from LESMILLS and Zumba to yoga and Tai Chi, wellness coaching, Youth Sports, swim lessons, personal training, and more. Additional amenities include Child Development Center, dry saunas, cycle studio, indoor pool, and stateoftheart locker rooms.The YMCA of Central Florida is a missiondriven, nonprofit movement established in to strengthen community through Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.
