One of the only places around the area that not only has a great system, friendly staff and great environment but also has a great selection of equipment using solid old school raw weight. Definitely helps stay in the zone and I couldnt recommend it enough

Solid gym. Nice people. Pretty old school, but with some great equipment that isnt at most gyms. I dont see why anyone would go to planet fitness over this place.

This is one of the best gyms I have been too. If your looking for a family owned business with your best interest at heart this is the place. This gym is full of highly educated individuals who are willing to help at anytime. Highly recommended.
