Ares BJJ Plant City is a family owned and operated business teaching Striking, Combatives, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, SelfDefense, as well as fitness boot camp classes and personal training. We also offer Plant City kids an After school program and Summer Camp. Renshi Q, Head Instructor and owner holds a th Degree Black Belt with years experience and is a National Competitor and Champion with Bad Boys National Karate Team and Team USA.
