This is a great place to workout, but for the one guy that is always wearing University of Tennessee athletic wear and talking. Otherwise, its clean, has great equipment and provides a positive environment.

Fantastic safety around water has really helped my granddaughter. They teach them how to save themselves if they fall into a pool, how to float , turn over and get to the side and get out. They offer it for free

Childcare staff is good. They will discount your monthly rate based on income level. Fitness equipment is quality and clean. Bathrooms are always clean too. My kids love the pool.
