Best gym i have ever stepped foot in. Faculty was extreemly nice and helpful. Old school style with a touch of some modern machines. The Alley was one of the coolest things to train in as well

Open hours. Reasonable prices. At least two of most exercise equipmentsweights. Bathroom could use improvement, especially the hand dryer. Overall I would recommend this place.

I was trying to hit a PR on the bench press and i was struggling to get my last rep, closed my eyesto get more power of course and a top notch member Ellis had his hand on the bar spotting me. Didnt ask him. The place is full of people who are happy to help. Wish more places where like this.
