Instructor Tania J. is exceptionally talented and creative in designing unique fitness classes that are fun but challenging. We are instructed with proper form and body alignment with cues on breathing. This is a wonderful fullbody workout, that would be beneficial to anyone looking to get toned, strong, and better balanced.

FITSPACE is such an awesome place. Ive been going for about a month now and I truly love all the classes and the staff. I love that the space is small because makes the classes personal to everyone working out. It feels like family walking in the studio. I highly recommend FITSPACE
