We started home exercise and find Cindys programs terrific for us. Theyre age appropriate, short enough to be fun and sufficiently challenging to make it work.

I would like to comment on the dancing videos . I really do not like them at all. I would prefer you stuck to more aerobics. there are some of us older ones out here that do not like dance and never did. please consider this. thank you. I am sure a lot of women will agree.

Just started workout with Cindy While I am a senior I have been doing a variety of fitness routines to keep healthy. But needed one who concentrated on older people as Im not able to do what I used to. Cindy is fun and seems to have a knowledge of the body, what is helpful and attainable for optimal health.
