I love CrossFit Exalted Their HIIT class is such a great workout. Amys coaching style and programming makes for a great workout. Different workout everyday with a focus on full body, lower and upper body along with cardio. I highly recommend

I have been to my shares of Crossfit gyms from South FL to now Sanford FL and Crossfit eXalted held up to what I was looking for in a gym. The members are like family, the facility stays clean, update and the coaches are truly dedicated. I highly recommend you come in and try the range of classes they offer.

Never been to a CrossFit Gym before. The coaches are knowledgeable and super helpful. Doesnt matter what your fitness level is, they help you each step of the way. Come out and try it.

Love working out in a coach led class , coaches show me how to do the movements, if I cant do it they will give me a scaled down movement. Its like having a personal trainer but Im able to work out with others in a fun , motivational class. Thank you Coach Ari and the rest of the eXalted team.
