CrossFit gym in Lake Mary with very nice ownership and trainers. Pretty good equipment and facility, which is fairly small. It is a bit difficult to find if you dont know where youre going. It is in the Harbor Freight shopping center, but there is no sign other than on the door.

Steve and his fellow coaches are top notch. Steves knowledge and experience in SC is hard to match. If you spent anytime with him youd immediately realize how passionate he is about SC and more importantly the people around him.
