Solid gym, a little small. Needs an actual bench press and a few other machines, but its clean and not crowded.

The current manager is nice enough, but the gym is way overpriced for what it offers. The equipment doesnt adjust well for my height, and Im . It leaves me having to over reach. I never had that problem at the gym I went to in GA. More

This gym Is amazing. I have been attending since August and am a daily participant in the vast facilities it has to offer. Phil is an incredible owner and manager. He cares about each of his members. Overall, this gym is phenomenal

Nice and quiet Gym with all the equipment I need. Phil and the staff are very nice. I much prefer this style fitness center over the larger more popular brands.

This is a convenient gym with nice staff and clean equipment. If you are insured by Humana the membership is free. The classes are are very inexpensive and small groups. So far I have greatly enjoyed working out here.
