This is the cleanest gym in Highlands county, and every year they get new machines. Its a very safe place to workout hours a day, free sweat towels, nice locker rooms and tons or equipment.

Probably the best gym Ive worked out in ,in highlands county....modern machines, spacious, and the nutritional area that just opened up is a nice touch, not to mention they always play bangers on the radio, so your always motivated to lift.

Great gym and they have a food and health store now witch is awesome I have had the waffle and smoothie witch I would recommend. The place is a great tool have for helping you to achieve your fittness goals.

I have moved out of Highlands County but my time at this gym has been very good. They have great equipment and continue to upgrade the facility. If I should return to the area I wouldnt hesitate going back. Would recommend this gym for anyone that is local.

Great gym. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. Recently added new equipment to use. They regularly clean every machine. And they have a great smoothie bar.
