This place is where dreams are made. Old school open air gym. Plenty of space and tons of equipment. Giant fans so you can get sweaty and feel the wind blow through your hair.

I have struggled with shoulder issues for years had been seeing a physical therapist for almost two years but was still having issues. Matt one of the personal trainers at amp helped me make some big improvements. I have a lot less pain. He was very professional and knows his stuff

Been to many gyms in America and all over the world. This by far is the best gym Ive ever been too. They support the military which is a big plus. The gym is well kept, very clean and the staff are very professional. Ever since joining the military this is the only gym I go to when coming to Saint Augustine.

I box and lift at AMP. Ive been to many, many gyms in St Augustine and Jacksonville. Trust me when I say you couldnt hope to find a better place to improve yourself than AMP. More
