This is a great place to work out. Easy to use machines and the hydro massage tables are fantastic. I actually look forward to going each time. The staff is friendly and responsive. Excellent place to get in shape.

The gym itself is very nice, but I travel for work and the showers here have been luke warm at best both times I visited. They also have no shower caddies so you either need to set your soaps on the chair a few feet away, or use the floor. Big, spacious showers, but could use these improvements.

Its a good place to work out many different machine to tone the muscle groups. They also have universal machines and a free weight area. There are step machines and tread mills you can watch many stations as you work out. They also have tanning beds and hydro massage beds and loungers. Staff is excellent.

Great place to workout, friendly staff and up to date equipment. It would be even better if they added more free weight benches and dumbbells to accommodate the large amount of people that want to use free weights, especially during peak times. benches racks set of dumbbells doesnt quite cover the demand.
