Staff and trainers are always friendly and helpful. Equipment is clean and well maintained. There is an abundance of cleaning supplies around the gym to wipe down and sanitize the equipment.

Shiny and new The staff is very engaging and helpful. There are quite a number of packages and services a one stop shop intensity training, weights, aerobics and everything in between.
