This is a great place to have fun while learning how to become healthier and stronger. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. The community is incredible and very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The thing about Crossfit RGTC that impresses me most is the level of commitment that the coaches have to better the lives of those they serve. They know each member very well and notice the slightest dips in performance. They Care And the results speak for themselves.
