I love this location its very convenient for me whether Im at home or work and the staff is very nice especially yami I think her name is, shes always smiling and very welcoming when you see her. They keep everything well maintained here and are ready to help you however needed

Nice environment. Nothing weird. Felt comfortable.Although theres a lack of weights over lbs on the bars for biceps. There are no bars for chest benches other than the ones for on rails. Its a good place if you are a girl, or only want to jog, do quads and abs.
