Love this gym . The new owners renovated the gym with brand new equipment Nice clean , fun , environment . They have a great staff with personal trainers and diet weight loss program to help you loose weight .

I had been a member of the gym since previous ownership but this new management has made the difference, unfortunately I had an accident not relate to the gym and was force to stop my cardio routines but definitely looking forward to come back.... really recomended

This gym has been an absolute pleasure for my time in Miami. From the trainers to the owner, everyone was welcoming and made me feel at home. I didnt speak much Spanish, but that didnt impact the quality I was receiving from the people Ive met there. Cant wait to come back again when Im in the area

I joined about two weeks ago and have loved it thus far. I enjoy it because the three stations rotate daily so you never get bored. The instructors are also extremely motivating and keep the classes fun
