Rock Fitness Center

One of the best gyms Ive been too. I was a visitor from out of town and felt right at home at Rock Fitness. I actually got to speak with the owner of the gym, extremely humble and inspiring. I wish I had a rock gym where I lived. The equipment is brand new, clean facility and friendly staff.

Awesome GYM Just what the area needed. A place where serious lifters and casual gym rats can coexist. The machinesequiptment is always clean and the all of the members are all very friendly. Training staff really help me jump start my life change. High energy with a great atmosphere.

Morning staff are cool people always friendly and well spoken. The gym is always clean when I come in never had any issues.

I like the environment its pretty good. I split time between here and the local La fitness. They are both mid low tier gyms in terms of equipment but its only ish dollars a month for both. More

If youre looking for just a gym with no sauna or fancy stuff, this is your place. Old school and gets the Job Done. Rock Fitness always got a place in my heart

Being in the business for almost years, I received a job offering for this gym. All they require High school education according to the job posting So unless you know what youre doing and looking for something else other than LA Fitness highly recommend not to hire a trainer at this place

Great gym, but only one of every machine. I guess its good because it helps me to pace myself. I always see personal trainers going around helping people which is cool. Good place to put yourself in physical pain.
