Amazing staff, excellent facility and very challenging and effective workouts. Gym is being cleaned up multiple times a day, these guys are doing a fantastic job at keeping social distancing and following all the protocols to keep us safe. Highly recommended

You wont find a gymbox with better quality programming, coaching or communication. The owners and coaches love what they do and are fully invested in their clients health and fitness. Freakin CrossFit is the best Amazing people everyone is super nice and has great energy They have everything you need to get an awesome workout. Coach Kodi is a great trainer, very instructive and helpful makes the class super fun and pushes you to do your best, highly recommend going there and being a part of the communityfamily.

This is the best gym around. I have tried other crossfit facilities and this is by far the best. The coaches are focused on form and fun. The community is positive and friendly. The Weston facility offers classes and a workout area for members. Awesome.
