If youre looking for a low impact fitness class that still packs a punch, I would definitely recommend Pure Barre Weston. I feel my core stronger and my lower back pain and tension are melted away.

New Pure Barre location just opened in Weston Its super clean and everything inside is brand new. Great complete body workout if youre looking to tone up. The staff is super friendly and theres lots of parking available

Very girlush spot with positive environment and friendly instructors, admins. Great whole body workout for ladies, who prefer low cardio workouts, with high impact, great for muscle toning. I personally hate lifting heavy weights and here lbs is just right for me. Flexible schedule.
