Love the gym Workouts are straightforward and very challenging, so theres always room for growth. The heat from the sauna is very soothing and once you start coming for a while, you get used to working out in the high temperature

I absolutely love working out here. Its such a nice blend of my favorite workouts isometrics, hot yoga, functional training and cycling.
