I love coming here. Its a small place. But its not to busy. And you can workout and be distraction free.

A nice place, nice employes. Clean showers. Excellent treadmills. Has the equipment you need to do a good workout. Help from trained with work knowledge. Needs to expand. Locally in town, Dade City Courthouse. Worth going.

Nice friendly local gym If youre close by check it out. Its very small but its just right for the people that are usually there at a time. If you dont like small then minutes away is a bigger Y with a pool and a gym. Otherwise this is a convenient local place to burn some calories with nice equipment

I love this little gym. Some of the machines are a little outdated but they have a pretty good variety. Im glad its never crowded. The staff are lovely.

Looks like their expansion is just about complete. Theres so much new equipment and space to use. This is now a huge gym. Every one is really friendly. Its a nice place to workout.
