I have only been working out times a week for almost weeks, but Patrick, Trevor and Tiffany have been awesome and I really enjoy how they explain all the exercises we do and their knowledge of them, Im extremely grateful for their time and attention

One squat rack, if you plan on working out anytime between pm and pm dont bother unless you love machines there is plenty. I used to enjoy going to the gym but waiting minutes for a squat rack gets old fast. No option to end contract early

The facility is clean and well maintained with a good assortment of equipment and free weights. The staff is very friendly. They take the time to sit down and talk with you about realistic goals. Im just starting my journey and look forward to seeing how it progresses in the months to come.
