The floors are always dirty at this location. The room with the battle rope always has excessive dirt and the purple weight rack only has weights. I dont believe they vaccum at all.The ab room only has one decline bench. The matts More

Best gym iv ever been a member of. Very laid back and friendly staff. Love to get a hydro message on the water beds. They have red light therapy and tanning beds and message chairs. Lots and lots of equipment for toning and muscle building. More

Its an enjoyable, no pressure environment to work out in. No pretentious LAF crowd. No weight slamming. Everyone cleans up after themselves. Staff is helpful and polite. And the hydromassage bed is pretty amazing.

I have not used the membership for months and decided to cancel my membership. I read on how to effectively cancel it and it said to send a verified return letter. I did. Received the green copy back which means they got it. And wake up today and they have taken money again

Staff was great. First time coming and they were so welcoming. Plenty of equipment, didnt have to wait for anything. It was busy but like I said, didnt have to wait for hardly anything. Tanning amenities, skin enhancement, I can bring a friend. I didnt pay anything my first day. Thanks Pf
