The interior atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The owner is very welcoming and informative. I wish there were more daytime classes offered though.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was super clean. Loved my experience there Not to mention how good my body and mind felt after my very first class. I am going back for sure.

This studio has top notch instructors with staff that genuinely care about YOU. I felt welcomed and encouraged from the first hour I spent visiting until the last. Whenever I am in Milledgeville I will try to get in to a class I wish I lived locally Maybe someday

Great teachers and atmosphere You dont have to be an advanced expert to enjoy these classes teachers encourage you to do your personal best, and they are in it with you from start to finish. The hot classes take some getting used to, but the detoxifying effects are well worth it.
