Pretty good. Killer workout with realistic and detailed fight advice. The only downside I can think of is that they dont spare there which I was looking forward to.

This is my Academy and we strive to bring the best in Brazilian JiuJitsu and Muy Thai to the area. I am a certified black belt by Matt Serra and the IBJJF. Our Thai program is headed up by a former fighter and excellent teacher. We offer both keep dos and adult classes. We do not charge for belts, they are earned.
