Terrific gym for aspiring cheerleaders. The staff is firm but friendly. Their unique offering are Parkour classes free running , a sort of urbangymnasticsobstacle course mashup. The staff has come up with a unique program to teach foundational skills.

I do Parkour every Friday night and that is what I look forward too every week. When we get to the stations my friends and I always have the best time. All the coaches are the best, and everyone has fun.
