I am so lucky to have found this gym. I love to sweat and the variety of work outs keeps it fun. This takes my weightloss to the next level. The instructors are virtual and so motivating did I mention its hours and the Staff is AMAZING.

Its a pretty good spot to exercise and relax. My only concern is that they have just a few yoga classes in the afternoon, and theyre full most of the time. The virtual instructors are helpful, but they can become boring at some point replaying and replaying the same video.
