I was in the area for a week and decided to drop in for a few sessions. So glad I decided work out at this box. The coaches are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even thou I was not a regular ,the coach treated me as a regular and made sure I was doing all of the movements correctly. I will be back anytime I am in the area.

Excellent box. Dropped in this morning. The people are kind and the coaching is good. Thrusters and Chest to Bar followed by clean and jerks.
